Wedding Photography Albums

You may be wondering how our wedding albums process works so I’d like to run through what happens from after the wedding to your final album being delivered to your door. We custom design every album tailored to your requirements, no two albums are the same not only in materials and colours used but also how I design the pages – your book will tell the your YOUR wedding day story unfold. I’m pleased to say I’m an authorised supplier of Graphi Studio wedding albums. In my opinion, having looked at seemingly hundreds of other comapnies, they are far best wedding album comapny on the market – their products just ooze class and quality. The options of materials, covers and colour combinations are endless.

Design & Build The Wedding Album
After I’ve edited your final set of wedding photos you receive the USB stick to view and choose the images that you think will look great in the album and will also give a balanced account of what happened on your wedding day. I ask you to choose approximately 100 photographs to give me room to be creative with. I like to keep my designs clean and simple, and usually a 20 page album will have around 60 photos and a 30 page album will have around 80 and the 40 page album will have around 110 photos. Some pages look great that are busy with lots of photographs, however it can become too much if every page is crammed so I design some pages with maybe one or two images that have a ‘Wow’ factor.

Your album will have either 20, 30 or 40 pages included. Before starting to design your album I’ll check with you to see if you’d like me to keep exactly to the number of pages included in your package, or whether you’d like me to design more so you have some to choose from. Sometimes couples see the extra pages and upgrade so they can have them all, but if you want to make some changes and get the page count back to what’s included in your package the way I do this is pretty simple too.

Once the album design process is completed, I email you a proof copy of it for you to view and suggest changes if you wish. You may ask to delete some pages, you may want to change some of the photos if you have changed your mind. The first revision of your proof is vital you communicate all the changes you want so I can get to work refining your album so it’s just the way you want it. Most times, only a few changes are needed and the album can be signed off and ordered after the first revision. There is no limit to the changes you can make in this revision.

Once the changes are complete I’ll email you the revised album for you to proof. It should now look like your perfect wedding album. If you do a second revision of your proof this is also included in your package price and you can make these changes just as before. I make the changes and re-send the album for you to proof again.

The two revisions of your proof are included in your package price, you can still make changes to your album but further revisions are charged at £25 per revision. In most cases there is never a need for a third revision.
